Motion to APPROVE the funding request to reserve the budget for the future ASG advertisement in the Watchdog for $500 from budget number 1900: Sammy Akeyo, seconded: Abner Pagunuran.

- Funding Request- Hiring Valeriia Borochino for ASG BBQ and Election
ASG BBQ and Election is in spring quarter for ASG officer’s election. OSLA will involve the election part.
Motion to APPROVE hiring pre ASG Campus Life and Events Valeriia Borochino for total $2508 from the budget number 1984 as assistant of ASG BBQ and Election, working 19 hours a week from Feb. 8 to Apr. 21, the executive board would make some type of document outlining the agreements for both of the parties: Sammy Akeyo, seconded: Jahkari Aujla-Singh.

- Funding Request- Hiring 10 people for ASG BBQ and Election
Motion to APPROVE hiring 10 people to help ASG BBQ and Election for working 8 hours on the day of ASG BBQ and Election for $960 from the budget number 1900: Sammy Akeyo, seconded: Jahkari Aujla-Singh.
Motion Passes: 5-0-0.
- Funding Request- Norooz Party
Jahkari Aujla-Singh
Norooz Party on March 10th requests $5750 for Advertising, Food, Cafeteria, DJ and Persian New Year Theme Decoration. On Jan. 31 the President of Bellevue College Persian Association reached out to all of ASG to present the detailed funding request formally, during the time ASG got to ask question about the details of the funding request.
Motion to APPROVE the funding request for the BC Persian Club for $5750 from the budge number 1903: Abner Pagunuran, seconded: Jahkari Aujla-Singh. (Chief Justice: Jahkari cannot vote Y or N in this funding request due to the fact that he is also the presenter for Persian Association in this meeting.)
