| Description | We are merging the celebration of Black History Month and Valentine’s Day! 😍 Join our informal social gathering to chat about love and friendship depicted by black authors and artists. Let’s share our favorite movies, books, music, and more. Some of the most iconic and memorable Black films, poems, songs are about love and feelings. They tell unique stories of people navigating society’s complexities driven by racial stereotypes and how that impacts their interpersonal relationships. We encourage you to pick a movie or anything else by a Black author about love or friendship and prepare a short verbal presentation of it. Tell us why you choose it? What is it about?
