- President
- The President has been working with each ASG officers to ensure they stay on track, providing assistance with their tasks and projects
- The President has also been working on installing the Senate, with hopes the necessary bylaw changes will be voted on during the next BOD meeting.
- Vice President
- The Vice President has been collaborating with each ASG officers to build the office hours for the team.
- The Vice President has also been working with Ethan Anderson and Taylor Dalrymple to arrange the first faculty meeting.
- The Vice President has been collaborating with Ranulfo Molina to discuss the food pantry, and anticipate that they will present further details during the upcoming BOD meeting.
- The Vice President has also been working on finalizing the Amazon order for ASG office.
- Executive Justice
- The Executive Justice has been working on making modifications for the ASG Bylaws.
- The Executive Justice has also been working on getting involved with the WSA (Washington Students Association).
- Treasurer
- The Treasurer has been working with Hristo Stoynov to discuss funding requests for clubs and organizations.
- Secretary
- The Secretary has been working on finalizing the agendas and the minutes for the last week.
- The Secretary has also been working on organizing the ASG office.

- The Public Relations Representative has been focusing on connecting with clubs and student organizations.

- The Events Representative has been working on the first ASG event for this fall quarter
- The Events Representative has also been working on planning and budgeting for the other two events that will take place during fall quarter.

- The Social Responsibility Representative has been working with the Office of Sustainability to discuss how to make it more accessible to BC students.

- NEW BUSINESS:
- Christian Students Association funding request for $7,400
- Funds will be allocated for various purposes, including the first welcome meeting, weekly meetings, the fall conference, a trip to Woodland Park Zoo, and club supplies.
- Sean moves to amend the motion, suggesting a decrease in the funding request from $7,400 to $5,100, citing that the club hasn’t completed all the necessary steps. Sean made it clear that the approval of this request is contingent on the CSA obtaining ana dvisor signature on the original request form.
- This $5,100 includes:
- $1500- Funding to support fall quarter weekly meetings
- This amount was split in half due to concerns regarding participation numbers.
- $800- Funding to support the CSA welcome meeting
- ASG fully funded this part of the original request, however ASG recommended that the CSA adjust their timeline to be better in line with the food service guidelines.
- $1600- Funding to support the CSA fall college confernece
- ASG fully funded this part of the original request
- $0- Funding to support the Woodland Park Zoo retreat
- ASG declined to fund this part of the request
- ASG recommended that CSA return later in the quarter with a specific request for the zoo retreat.
- $1200- Funding to support the purchase of CSA clothing for members
- ASG fully funded this part of the original request.
- $1500- Funding to support fall quarter weekly meetings

- Chi Alpha funding request for $6,415
- Funds are requested for a trip of minimum of 50 students (40 active members + 10 students) to Lindsay Lake.
