Looking for someone to take over the lease on my room in a 3 bedroom Mercer Island apartment, available to move in immediately. Washer/Dryer in unit, private room, shared bathroom. Other than the bedroom, the apartment is fully furnished, and there is a free gym in the apartment complex. Street parking is free and plentiful.
This is a non smoking house. There are already two dogs in the apartment, so no animals, and must get along well with dogs. Must be able to show proof of income to the apartment management. Proof of Income: -If you have regular employment: last 2 pay stubs -If you’re Self-employed: last 6 months of bank statements showing deposits -If you’re newly employed: offer letter from the employer stating pay. First, last and $500 deposit to move in (last and deposit can be broken down to 3 pmts if necessary). Shared utilities tend to average out to around $100/month. These include wifi/water/electricity. Lease is renewed in March.
If you're new to the Seattle area, Mercer Island is a great, quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to both Bellevue and Seattle. This area is super safe, and quite easy to get to from the freeway.
