I am looking for a female student to exchange free room and board for assistance. Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood in Newcastle. Assistance includes light cleaning, assistance with healthy meal planning and medication/exercise reminders for my mother. She is a senior but gets around okay, not great but she’s still mobile. Just want someone I can trust to help a little around house and keep an eye on her daily. She may need occasional rides to Issaquah, North Bend or Seattle. No more then once a month. She does drive locally. This will not interfere with a regular school schedule or regular job schedule. Background check, proof of enrollment and potential security deposit will be required. No drugs, no drinking or friends over until we feel comfortable with the person. Must be a healthy person, both physically and mentally. There is a room, private bath and potentially another room for study available. She enjoys her private time also. So someone who is just there to keep an eye out for the majority of the time. I need someone with a semi regular schedule and will let me know when gone for weekends.
