WE ARE LOOKING FOR ALL LEVELS OF RETAIL STAFF!

Our RETAIL STORE LEADERS’ main focus is to lead a Team of professional, sales leaders by providing exceptional internal and external service, and demonstrating key selling skills on the sales floor.

Our Leaders are instrumental in ensuring targets and goals are met and exceeded, as well as carrying the responsibility for supporting a strong Brand image through employing and retaining exceptional Team Members, creating an in-store environment where excellent Customer experience is the norm, whilst maintaining visual standards, stock control, and daily Operations.

Customer Focus – Ensures that all aspects of the business is focused around the Customer
Drives for Results – Maintains a high level of commitment to achieve business goals
Time Management – Planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness and productivity

Self-development – Taking personal responsibility for one’s learning and development through a process of assessment, reflection, and taking action

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous retail experience
The demonstrated ability to remain calm, composed, and professional during fast paced and challenging situations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to service a customer end to end, delivering upon expectations
Ability to multitask and service multiple customers at any one time
Sound communication skills
Ability to recommend suitable styles, cuts, sizes and colors for different customers
Exposure to working within a team environment
Previous customer service experience
Knowledge of the Lorna Jane brand
