$20-30 per hour — Office Administrator (Full Remote) (P/T could become F/T)

Description:

We are looking for a remote office manager to join our team here at PBA. Responsibilities include helping coordinate and performing tasks relating to:

Staff support
Invoicing
Client agreement management
Client communications
Employee onboarding
Business development
Managing social media development
Developing client feedback forms and obtaining client reviews
Other various management items

Other possible needs include:
PowerPoint presentations
Writing up formal documents for client systems analysis
Producing workflow charts

This is part-time work. There are project and maintenance tasks that make this a long-term need and could later become full-time, if desired. Opportunities in sales are also available, if interested.

Benefits as a part-time employee:
Flexible schedule (the majority of the working hours must be during standard business hours PST)

If this position becomes full-time the benefits are:
Salaried Non-Exempt – O/T Eligible
