Own bedroom, shared bathroom. Current housemate is a BC student who has been great. Includes all utilities, internet and Netflix. You will have access to kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms. No pets, no smoking. Must be tidy. First and last month’s rent required. No damage deposit.
