Our RockBox Bellevue team is passionate about fitness, growth, and delivering exceptional experiences to every guest and member. We're looking for a Front Desk Experience Coordinator who shares our values and is eager to be a part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where we change lives daily! MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 1 WEEKDAY EVENING (4:00-8:30PM), FRIDAY EVENINGS (4:30-7:30PM), AND SATURDAY MORNINGS (8:00-11:30AM).
As a Front Desk Experience Coordinator, you are the first and last impression of our studio. Your role is vital in creative a positive, supportive atmosphere, converting first-time guests into loyal members, leading with professionalism, and upholding the culture of our brand. This position blends high customer service, sales, and studio operations.
