Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Position Available

We are currently seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Office in Bellevue. Position Overview
As the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a welcoming and professional experience. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of our office by providing administrative support and ensuring everything runs smoothly. A friendly demeanor and the “smile in your voice” is what sets your service apart!
Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member
• Answer and route incoming phone calls for multiple office locations
• Sort, distribute, and process daily mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk, lobby, and conference rooms
• Assist with meetings and company events
• Monitor and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment
• Scan, file, and process records and documents
• Provide general administrative support and assist with team projects as assigned
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience (required)
• Reliable and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-service-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Candidates with office experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Medical/Dental, or Hospitality are strongly encouraged to apply.
Schedule
• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time, on-site position
Hourly Compensation: $23.00 – $26.00 DOE
