I am an single elderly female looking for three wonderful roommates who can share this beautiful 4-br home located about 12 minutes from Bellevue Community Collge. The home is owned by a friend; however, I would like to have company of three roommates; or a family of three to share this serene space in a safe and family friendly neighborhood.
The ideal roommates would be those who value peace and quiet to study, and prioritize healthy living in a very nice neighborhood that is minutes from Factoria, and another 5 or so to Bellevue.
The home is currently vacant and is available for rent if each of us can afford $900-$1100 + utilities per person. Feel free to reach out if you are interested. I can also have it furnished in a short period of time if I can find compatible roommates.
