Max Mara Bellevue Square is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is available to work two days a week!
This role is responsible for supporting stylists and store operations by ensuring all administrative, operational, and customer service initiatives are achieved and maintained to company standards. You will master the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete seamless transactions, maintain an organized stockroom and cash wrap, and help create an elevated customer experience. The unified goal of this position is to drive store productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
