Furnished with a queen sized bed, desk and chair and nightstand. Comes with a wall of closet space. Shared areas include a living room, dining area, kitchen, washer and dryer. Has a separate entrance and ample street parking.
We are a household of working professionals who are looking for a female housemate. We are laid-back, enjoy movies and hiking. Non-smoking and not into loud parties. No pets due to allergies.
Terms:
1 month security deposit half month cleaning/damage deposit, refundable. Utilities and wifi not included, shared by household.
