Key House Rules:
We kindly ask that there be no smoking within the premises to ensure a pleasant environment for all.
Lease Terms: The arrangement is a month-to-month lease, requiring the first and last month’s rent upfront, but we do not require a security deposit.
Quiet Hours: To promote a peaceful living space, we ask that all residents and tenants keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
Guests are not permitted during these hours unless approved by the Property Manager, with a request submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
Common Areas: You’ll have access to the shared furnished areas of the house, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Bathroom Care: The shared bathrooms must be maintained meticulously for everyone's comfort and cleanliness.
