My girlfriend and I are moving out of our room but our lease does not end until the end of July. Currently there is another couple that lives there in some of the other rooms. They have a small dog that will be allowed to run around the house but you can keep your door shut if you would like. The room would be available by early February. It is unfurnished as well. The room would cost 800 plus utilities. Room is a little bigger than 11ft x 11ft by a few inches. Sliding closet doors. Hardwood floors. Nice sized window. White/cream colored walls. Technically the master of the house. The house is a single story house. It is a 1.5 bath so it will be shared. There is a nice sized fenced in back yard with an undercover porch. A 2 car garage that would be shared. Less than a 15 minute walk to Bellevue college and the park n ride. 1 block down from a bus line. Less than a 10 minute walk to gas stations and a grocery store. Even closer to the library and local community center. If you need a bed/mattress I might be able to help you out as well depending on the size.
