Administrative/Sales Support Position
Are you looking for a career with a steady schedule and room for growth? Leading Edge Labels is hiring a full-time Administrative/Sales Support team member to assist with both the sales team and the administrative department. After training and successful performance, there is potential to move towards lucrative sales opportunities in the future.
Position Summary
The Administrative/Sales Support position involves flexibility and a high attention to detail in a fast moving environment! We are looking for a team member who is organized, flexible, independently motivated, and committed to excellence. This position is responsible for:
– Assisting Leading Edge Labels throughout the sales and administration process.
– Assisting the Office Manager with basic accounting functions, maintaining accurate records, invoicing, organization, ordering supplies and more.
– Assisting the Sales Team by placing orders, communicating professionally with customers via phone and email, price quoting, job tracking from start to completion, and more.
– There is potential for upward growth into sales in the future.
Requirements
· Available to work Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
· High attention to detail and organization.
· Consistent attendance and reliable transportation. Not bus accessible.
· Flexibility in preforming different roles and tasks, must be able to multi-task.
· Ability to follow a task-list and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
· Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and ability to learn new programs a plus.
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal- with our customers and our co-workers.
Qualifications
· 1+ years office or administrative experience desired.
· 1+ years sales and customer service experience desired.
· Skills in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Sales program experience such as ACT a plus!
· AA/BA or equivalent work experience.
