I have four individual bedrooms for rent on the main floor of a home located in Eastgate in Bellevue. Two of the rooms have their own private 1/4 bath ($900 each) and will share a large walk in shower room. The other two smaller rooms ($800 each) have a full bath shared between the rooms. Single occupancy only, no pets, no smoking or vaping, no drug use or parties. Living room, kitchen, and laundry are shared common areas which are expected to be responsibly cleaned after use.
