In addition there are a number of committees including standing committees, and special committees that are set up for specific areas of focus as needed.<\/p>\n<p>See the <a href=\"https:\/\/studentweb.bellevuecollege.edu\/telos-tso\/page-2\/calendar-of-events\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">TSO Calendar<\/span><\/a> for meeting times and the procedure for requesting an online meeting invitation. All TELOS students are welcome to attend. You can also <a href=\"https:\/\/studentweb.bellevuecollege.edu\/telos-tso\/contact-2\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Contact Us<\/span><\/a> to have a message forwarded to the council or a committee chairperson.\n<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;color: #000080;font-size: 20px\"><strong>The Council<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The officers and members of the 2023-2024 TSO council:\n<\/p><ul>\n<li>President &#8211; Jerry Bunce<\/li>\n<li>Vice President &#8211; None<\/li>\n<li>Secretary &#8211; Alexa Munoz<\/li>\n<li>Treasurer &#8211; Jan Reha<\/li>\n<li>Members-at-Large \u2013 Ted Watts, Tim Hay, Barb Warberg, Laura Stanley, Bryan Leyton, Sandi Medendorp, Chris Steele<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFor more information, see \n<a href=\"https:\/\/studentweb.bellevuecollege.edu\/telos-tso\/council-members-in-previous-years\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">TSO Council Members in Previous Years<\/span><\/a>.<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;color: #000080\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>The Curriculum Committee<\/strong><\/span><br>Chairperson: Donna Oberembt<\/p>\n<p>\nMembers of the Curriculum Committee organize educational <a href=\"https:\/\/studentweb.bellevuecollege.edu\/telos-tso\/page-2\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">TSO Events<\/span><\/a>, which includes identifying, contacting, and scheduling speakers for between-quarters events. They encourage experts to submit courses to teach for TELOS, and may assist the TELOS office in reviewing courses for interest-level. They may also assist instructors by recruiting class hosts and providing any additional assistance that instructors may need.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;color: #000080\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>The Events Committee<\/strong><\/span><br>Chairperson: Steve Denison<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Events Committee determine which social events will be held, and implement those events through coordination with the BCCE administration and the facility where the event will be held.  In addition, the members support the TELOS Clubs. See the <a href=\"https:\/\/studentweb.bellevuecollege.edu\/telos-tso\/social-activities\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Clubs and Social Activities<\/span><\/a> page for more information. Other projects include conducting the annual election, and other events as identified.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;color: #000080\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px\"><strong>The Marketing Committee<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\nThe TELOS@Bellevue College Marketing Committee aims to realize our mission to build a lifelong learning community. We have created and are implementing a marketing plan.
