Overview
\nDo you like paper? Love beautiful stationery? If so, consider joining us! We have been printing in Bellevue for over 25 years and specialize in wedding stationery and high-end commercial printing. We seek a reliable, detail-oriented associate to assist with hands-on assembly and studio support during busy production periods. Hours are scheduled based on production volume and seasonal demand.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\nStationery Assembly – Assemble wedding and event stationery suites:
\nTape envelope liners and pouches
\nCollate multi-piece invitation sets (invitations, details cards, RSVPs, envelopes)
\nStuff and prepare envelopes for mailing or pickup
\nHand-fold pre-scored printed pieces
\nApply finishing elements such as belly bands or decorative components
\nInspect finished pieces for accuracy and quality<\/p>\n
Production & Studio Support
\nOrganize and label completed suites for pickup or shipment
\nPrepare materials by sorting, counting, and staging components
\nBreak down deliveries and restock supplies
\nMaintain organized assembly tables and work surfaces
\nAssist with inventory organization and light shop organization<\/p>\n
What We're Looking For
\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
\nComfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks
\nGood fine motor skills for handling delicate materials
\nReliable, punctual, and deadline-driven
\nPrior stationery or craft experience helpful but not required<\/p>\n
Physical Requirements
\nAbility to sit or stand for 4-6 hours
\nCareful handling of delicate materials
\nLift boxes under 25 lbs<\/p>\n
Schedule & Compensation
\nHourly position, scheduled as-needed (no guaranteed weekly hours)
\nPotential for hours to increase during peak wedding seasons
\nCompensation based on experience<\/p>\n
