\n$17.50-$20.50 Hourly DOE
\nOur patients receive specialized short-term or rehabilitative care following surgery or a hospital stay. We are an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team built from the very best among physicians, therapists, nurses, social workers, dietitians, wound care specialists, and more. Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of patients' rooms and common areas as assigned.<\/p>\n
Summary of Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas
\nPrepares patient rooms for move-in as assigned.
\nCollect, wash, fold and return resident linen and personal laundry weekly. Ensure that all personal items are labeled.
\nParticipates in annual cleaning schedules.
\nProvide additional cleaning\/sanitizing of incontinent resident suites as directed.
\nClean carpets by extraction method and\/or shampooing as directed.
\nUtilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
\nInforms supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
\nKeeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
\nAttends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
\nStrives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
\nMaintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
\nAdheres to all policies and procedures of Mission Healthcare.
\nPerforms other duties as assigned
\nRequirements:
\nHigh School Education or Equivalent
\nSix (6) months minimum experience in Housekeeping, preferred
\nPrioritization and time management skills
\nProven working experience in relevant field
\nAbility to work independently and remain motivated<\/p>\n
