\n$18-$21 an hour (DOE)
\nFood Handlers Permit required
\nCPR\/First Aid required
\nResponsible for the setup, cleaning and delivery of meal service.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nSet main dining room with fresh linen, flowers, silverware, dishware and glasses prior to every
\nmeal.
\nEnsure that all table condiment items are full and clean.
\nResponsible for the breakdown, cleaning, replenishing and the setup of the beverage stations
\nafter each meal.
\nClean dining room prior to every meal including crumb\/clean\/sanitize chairs and table bases and
\nvacuum. Dust, clean windows, window sills, etc; as needed.
\nWash, dry and fold table linen daily if a linen service has not been contracted.
\nPreparation of food items, as needed,
\nGreet and seat all residents.
\nProvide and ensure a courteous, high quality delivery of meal and non-alcoholic beverage
\nservice.
\nClean and prepare menu board daily.
\nWash dishes, as needed.
\nAssist residents with cutting food, eating and drinking as needed.
\nAssist residents to and from the dining room as needed.
\nMonitor resident attendance at each meal.
\nMonitor the resident special diet restrictions.
\nDeliver\/pick up tray service.
\nAdhere to safety and sanitary practices.
\nReport any unusual incidents to the Food Service Director, Executive Director\/General Manager
\nor Manager on Duty.
\nRespond and assist with any resident, staff, guest or community emergency.
\nMaintain a professional appearance, adhering to the prescribed uniform standards.
\nAssist with special events as needed.
\nMaintain all equipment in a clean and safe manner.
\nAttend all meetings that the Food Service Director, Executive Director\/General Manager or
\nManager on Duty deems necessary.
\nAny other duties as required by the Food Service Director, Executive Director\/General Manager
\nor Manager on Duty.
