About the Role:
\nWe are looking for a friendly, reliable, and self-sufficient person to manage our farmers market booth. The ideal candidate will set up and tear down the stand, handle sales, interact with customers, maintain a visually appealing display, and offer product samples. If you love fresh produce, enjoy engaging with people, and are comfortable working independently, this is a great opportunity!<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2705 Setup & Teardown \u2013 Arrive early to unload, set up tables, arrange displays, and ensure everything looks inviting. Tear down efficiently at the end.
\n\u2705 Sales & Customer Service \u2013 Engage with customers, process sales, and answer questions about our produce.
\n\u2705 Market Sampling \u2013 Offer samples of cherries, apples, cherry tomatoes, and other seasonal produce to attract customers.
\n\u2705 Sales Reports \u2013 Provide a simple sales summary after each market.
\n\u2705 Display & Presentation \u2013 Keep the booth organized and visually appealing.
\n\u2705 Social Media Content \u2013 Take high-quality pictures of the stand, customers (with permission), and produce for Instagram & Facebook.
\n\u2705 Honesty & Accountability \u2013 Handle cash and digital payments responsibly.<\/p>\n
