Position Summary
\nAntioch Bible Church is seeking a joyful, Christ-centered, and highly motivated Communications & Creative Director to lead all aspects of our church\u2019s communications, branding, and creative media. This individual will serve as a vital voice in sharing what God is doing through Antioch\u2014moving us forward in our church-wide initiatives, engaging our church family, and equipping people with clear next steps for life in Christ.
\nThis is a full-time position with salary and benefits. Applicants must be in full agreement with Antioch Bible Church\u2019s Doctrinal Statement.<\/p>\n
Key Areas of Responsibility
\nCommunication & Messaging
\n\u2022\tPromote the church\u2019s Five Core Ministries, Life Groups, and social events.
\n\u2022\tKeep the congregation informed on our building search, 40 & Forward, and vision for a future church home.
\n\u2022\tCommunicate the \u201cLet\u2019s\u2026\u201d culture: Arrive early, Join a Life Group, Serve Faithfully, Give Generously.
\n\u2022\tCollaborate with pastors to develop and communicate clear next steps for salvation, baptism, membership, serving, and community life.
\n\u2022\tShare testimonies and stories of transformation\u2014salvation, discipleship, and God's faithfulness.
\n\u2022\tDisseminate important updates about church life: events, prayer requests, sermon series, and ministry opportunities.
\n\u2022\tEnsure consistent, clear communication across all platforms: email, in-person messaging, Life Group leader updates, bulletins, etc.
\nCreative & Media
\n\u2022\tMaintain and enhance the church website and app as central tools for communication and engagement.
\n\u2022\tCreate professional-level graphics that align with the church\u2019s brand book for events, ministries, and sermon series.
\n\u2022\tStrategically manage and grow the church\u2019s social media presence to enhance outreach and engagement.
\n\u2022\tEdit and share video content, including sermon shorts and creative storytelling for digital platforms.
\n\u2022\tCapture and archive high-quality photos and video for ongoing media use.
\n\u2022\tKeep all church-provided creative and technical equipment up to date and functional.
\n\u2022\tRecruit, teach, and empower a volunteer team to support the church\u2019s communication and creative goals.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\n\u2022\tFull agreement with the Antioch Bible Church Doctrinal Statement (required).
\n\u2022\tA joyful spirit and strong work ethic\u2014committed to excellence, humility, and collaborative ministry.
\n\u2022\tCollege Education (preferred)
\n\u2022\t3-5+ years (preferred) experience in church communications, creative direction, or marketing.
\n\u2022\tProficiency in website management, social media strategy, video editing, and graphic design.
\n\u2022\tStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
\n\u2022\tClear communicator with the ability to translate church vision into engaging, action-oriented content.
\n\u2022\tExperience recruiting and leading volunteers in creative and communications roles.
\n\u2022\tFamiliarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut\/DaVinci, Squarespace\/WordPress, or similar.<\/p>\n
