Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire and guide children in developing their artistic skills through structured lessons and hands-on projects. This role involves designing age-appropriate art activities, fostering creativity, and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and deliver engaging art lessons for children aged 5-12.<\/p>\n
Teach various artistic techniques using a range of materials and mediums.<\/p>\n
Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that nurtures creativity and self-expression.<\/p>\n
Maintain an organized and safe classroom setting.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with fellow instructors to align with program objectives.<\/p>\n
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in teaching art to children.<\/p>\n
Strong passion for working with young learners and inspiring their creativity.<\/p>\n
Background in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is preferred.<\/p>\n
Enthusiastic, patient, and engaging teaching approach.<\/p>\n
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.<\/p>\n
Ability to tailor lessons to diverse learning styles and skill levels.<\/p>\n
Schedule & Compensation:<\/p>\n
Part-time, flexible hours (afterschool and summer program schedules).<\/p>\n
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.<\/p>\n
