GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nClean and service vehicles to ensure they are customer-ready.
\nMaintain a clean and organized service area and ready line.
\nEnsure proper key control for all vehicles.
\nRefuel cars as required.
\nPark vehicles and assign spaces in the ready line.
\nOrganize vehicles for the Clean Car Process.
\nPerform vehicle exchanges (swaps) as needed.
\nProvide customer service support in the ready line and return areas.
\nSupport and break coverage for ready line, return, and service area personnel.
\nTransport vehicles to local repair shops or auctions.
\nMove vehicles between overflow and maintenance lots.
\nMaintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for customers and team members.
\nPerform any additional duties in the ready line, service, and return departments as assigned by management.<\/p>\n
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
\nEducation-
\nHigh School Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience<\/p>\n
Experience-
\nRental experience is preferred
\nMust possess a valid driver\u2019s license with a safe driving record<\/p>\n
\nKnowledge\/Skills\/Abilities-
\nAbility to communicate instructions from management to other positions
\nAbility to work in high-stress and pressure situations
\nComply with all uniform appearance requirements
\nMust have good verbal communication skills
\nMust be able to understand, read, and write English<\/p>\n
\nWORKING CONDITIONS\/EQUIPMENT USED:
\nAble to stand\/walk indoors and outdoors for 8 hours a day minimum
\nRequires the use of computer and related software\/functions
\nAbility to follow all vehicle-safe operation processes
\nGood hand and eye coordination
\nAbility to walk, bend, stoop without assistance
\nAbility to lift luggage to 25 lbs. while assisting customers<\/p>\n
