Firehouse is designed to be a hub for Snoqualmie Pass locals, enthusiasts and visitors alike. Bringing Laconia Market + Caf\u00e9, evo, The U.S. Forest Service and Pass Life Workspace (PLW) under one roof creates a dynamic meeting grounds celebrating human connection.<\/p>\n
Pass Life Workspace is coworking and events space for the adventure-minded. PLW is an extension of not just the office, but also of ones\u2019 lifestyle. It offers both a space built for productivity and also a place created as a jumping-off point for recreation + community interaction. It celebrates a diverse roster of members brought together by a shared love of human connection outside.<\/p>\n
Job Summary
\nThe Marketing Intern\/Weekend Concierge is the welcoming face and marketing extraordinaire of the Pass Life Workspace. This individual embodies the brand of both evolution Projects and the PLW. They will be directly responsible for keeping the vibe and ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests, while actively assisting the Manager in marketing the space to enroll new members and retain existing members, and executing events throughout the space.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Marketing & Content Creation
\nAssist with growth on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) through building a calendar and creating\/gathering content dedicated toward the remote working outdoor enthusiast.
\nUtilize Canva to assist with building posters, email campaigns, and other content
\nAssist with building email campaigns and funnels within MailChimp
\nAssist with monitoring and updating ads (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
\nUtilize Splash to assist with building event pages and maintain event communications with attendees.<\/p>\n
Offer High-Quality Experience
\n– Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization across the entire clubhouse
\nAdhere to standards for lighting, music, and overall vibe across the PLW
\nWelcome members and ensure that they are comfortable and have all needs attended to while in the space
\nHelp answer questions, facilitate office needs, and serve as a general concierge to members<\/p>\n
Assistance in Enrolling and Retaining Members
\nAssist in proactively establishing new member outreach campaigns to enroll new members
\nAssist in establishing partnerships with outside organizations as a platform for sustained member growth
\nManage software (OfficeRND) for member roster, communication, and billing<\/p>\n
Event Assistance
\nAssist in planning and setting up a calendar of member and community events
\nAssist in marketing and selling event space for community, business, and social events.<\/p>\n

Requirements:
\nMust be recently or actively enrolled in Marketing or Communications coursework
\nMust be available to work in-person weekends from 10-4pm
\n**Must have a reliable source of transportation to Snoqualmie Pass (all seasons)<\/p>\n
