We are looking for a remote office manager to join our team here at PBA. Responsibilities include helping coordinate and performing tasks relating to:<\/p>\n
Staff support
\nInvoicing
\nClient agreement management
\nClient communications
\nEmployee onboarding
\nBusiness development
\nManaging social media development
\nDeveloping client feedback forms and obtaining client reviews
\nOther various management items<\/p>\n
Other possible needs include:
\nPowerPoint presentations
\nWriting up formal documents for client systems analysis
\nProducing workflow charts<\/p>\n
This is part-time work. There are project and maintenance tasks that make this a long-term need and could later become full-time, if desired. Opportunities in sales are also available, if interested.<\/p>\n
Benefits as a part-time employee:
\nFlexible schedule (the majority of the working hours must be during standard business hours PST)
\nPTO
\n401k with employer contributions (Must work 1000+ hours per year)<\/p>\n
If this position becomes full-time the benefits are:
\nSalaried Non-Exempt – O\/T Eligible
\nFlexible schedule (the majority of the working hours must be during standard business hours PST)
