If so, READ ON!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Design Assistant, you will be responsible for every aspect of our showroom process.&nbsp; You will learn the full lifecycle of a client coming into the showroom through the completion of a project.&nbsp; Additionally, you will learn about material selections, sourcing, and pricing while offering your design perspective. &nbsp;You will learn about project challenges and how to address them while exercising your exceptional customer service skills.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primary Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare documents and\/or client packets for order placement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greet showroom walk-ins \u2013 Gather contact info, project info, tour the showroom, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price materials for Design team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source materials for Design team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Design team with basic design revisions with the understanding that this area of responsibility will grow over time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order and organize samples for projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track all activity in our CRM, HubSpot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage claims and work with vendors and customers to find the best resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn how to measure \/ remeasure a project for cabinetry, flooring, tile, or other materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Armada Design Center contractors on the scheduling of a project, deliveries, and installation of materials if applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate before and after photos of projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate thank you gifts upon project completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hours and Work Schedule Expectations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M-F 8am \u2013 5pm in our office in Bellevue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We work 2 to 3 home shows per year on the weekends and you would be expected to participate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 times per year, we host events in our showroom in the evenings and you would be expected to participate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interior Design Degree, Associates or Bachelors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to find solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2020 and \/ or Chief Architect is a big plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent people skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent phone skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly organized<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivated to learn and grow with the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to self-manage and work well independently and collaboratively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your own reliable transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Compensation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full time employment with a base salary of $41,600 to $52,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical and dental insurance through Kaiser Permanente PPO and Delta Dental of WA (PPO premium paid at 50% by employer and 50% by employee), Dental covered 100% by the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 weeks paid vacation per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 week paid sick leave per
