We are looking for great nurses to help coordinate care for our seniors at Kline Galland Home.\u00a0 In providing care you will work closely with our amazing Nursing Assistants and Medication Assistant teams.<\/p>\n
We currently have immediate openings for Full Time.\u00a0We also are currently providing a $10,000 sign on bonus\u00a0
\nand includes extra $1.00\/hour for Evening or $3.00\/hour for Night shifts!<\/p>\n
If you join us your key responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n
Work as a nurse on one of our long-term care units. We also have memory care and transitional care.
\nTo serve as a resource to our NAC's\u00a0by effectively supervising and removing any potential barriers for them to provide the highest level of care possible
\nComplete initial and on-going assessment and provide outstanding care to our senior population in coordination with care plan
\nMonitor resident behaviors, update care plan if necessary and provide documentation of all behaviors and interventions
\nWork with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident function and quality of care
\nBe an active member of an outstanding team!
\nQualifications:
\nCurrent RN or LPN license in Washington State
\nAt least one year of Nursing Experience
\nCurrent CPR training and card
\nCompassionate, kind and positive approach to care
\nAbility to work well with others and contribute to an overall atmosphere of team spirit<\/p>\n
