Utilities are about $70 per person and lower to about $45 during summer<\/p>\n<p>First month and $1000 Deposit to move in. Deposit refundable at the end of lease. The lease would be month to month until July, and then option to sign a year lease if everything is good.<\/p>\n<p>There is an application for background and credit check $50.<\/p>\n<p>Cozy 3 bed 2 bath condo in a small complex right next to Lake Sammamish. Minutes walk to Timberlake Park.<\/p>\n<p>Only one other roommate, and the third room is an office and guest room.<\/p>\n<p>About me: I\u2019m female 44 years old and an elementary school teacher. I travel a lot when on break, so you would have the place to yourself much of the time. I\u2019m pretty mellow during the week.
