Hello prospective renter! We are a family of four living in Issaquah, WA. We have a lovely basement apartment which we have rented out in the past to a young professional, and have also rented through AirBNB. We are looking to find a renter again. The space is very large, with a couch, kitchen table, fireplace, pool table, wet bar (sink, mini fridge) and we do allow a microwave, coffee maker and hot plate for cooking if needed. There is a single bedroom with a queen sized bed, and full sized closet. The bathroom is a full-sized bathroom with a tub, shower, and sink.
You are given a parking space in the driveway, and a separate entrance to your apartment with a coded door.
We are looking for a serious student that is respectful and quiet and would take good care of our space! Please let us know if this sounds like you.
