– Someone who is ready to move in soon, the room is currently available
– Long term stay is preferred

About the house:
– 5 Beds, 2.5 Bath in Bellevue quiet Eastgate neighborhood
– 4 minute walk to bus stop (271 line), then 10-15 minute ride the Bellevue College
– 6 minute drive to Bellevue College
– Rent is $850 a month, includes utilities except in winter it will be $20-30 extra for heating
– Move in cost is 850 (rent) + 850 (refundable security deposit) = $1700
– Room includes desk, chair and bed and is on the 2nd floor
About the housemates:
– 3 people currently living here
– 30 Male, working in downtown Seattle
– 30 Female, grad student at UW
– 25 Female, working in downtown Bellevue
– Occasionally we drink, but otherwise all have busy schedules
– Other languages that some housemates speak: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese
