Hi, I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Bellevue. Super close to Bellevue college and right off I-405/I-90. I occupy 1 room which has its own bathroom, looking for someone to occupy the second bedroom which has a hall bath.
This would be available till June 1st possible extension if needed but we would have to talk before that happens. Main level condo, includes parking pass, all utilities, has a French door balcony connected to the spare wood, good closet size, pretty updated appliances/finishes throughout the condo.
I am a 27 male, I work full time in downtown Bellevue. Looking for someone who is respectful, clean, responsible, nice, friendly, no drugs or smoking and likes dogs.
I do have an 25lbs Australian labradoodle who is very sweet and is my most valuable possession, so you would have to be ok with a dog and respectful.
