House is shared. We are a family of three + 1 foreign exchange student + 1 cat, looking to rent out extra furnished bedroom to another family-oriented individual in cozy 1917 craftsman located about a 7-minute walk to downtown Kirkland and Transit Center. (Host mom is French and English teacher – bonus for foreign student!)
Right on bus line, easy access to Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Northwest University, Bellevue College, University of Washington, Seattle Central Community College and Cascadia.
Laundry is in home. Comfortable back-yard garden including hammock and firepit.
