The Apiary<\/h3>\n

The Bellevue College Apiary was built in the Spring of 2016 by a group of students dedicated to promoting pollinators on campus. The approval process began a year earlier and after working closely with the Risk Management Committee, campus operations, grounds keepers, the administration, and faculty, the project was approved. 100% of the funding was provided by the Student Environmental and Sustainability Fund (SESF), a fund partially dedicated to providing resources to students who pursue projects around campus that promote sustainability.
