REPORTS:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representatives Reports: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>President<\/strong><ul><li>The President has been conducting Student Senate interviews.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The President has also been working on revisions to the ASG governing documents including the Bylaws, and the Constitution.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The President has also been working to keep the team organized and assisting other Board members with their various projects, and duties.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vice President <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has been working on fulfilling the Amazon order for Winter quarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice-President has also been working with the library and bookstore on the textbook project, making it more affordable to students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice-President has also been working on a job description for a new public relations position in the Athletic department.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Executive Justice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Executive Justice has been working on our legislative agenda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Executive Justice has been working with WSA to lobby in Olympia during January and February.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Executive Justice has been working on planning our own lobbying trip during January and February.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Treasurer has been working with Chris, reporting ASG has $92,500 in cultural budgeting and $421,312 in general budgeting.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Secretary<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Secretary has been working on preparing and completing the Agenda and Minutes for weekly meeting and BOD meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Secretary has also been working on organizing the office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Secretary has also been working on the record keeping project, including the reorganization of all physical records.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Public Relations Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Public Relations Reps has been helping with conducting interviews for the Senate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Public Relations Representative has been arranging meetings with other club leaders to learn more and to assist in the promotion of their events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Public Relations Representative has also been working on promoting Winter Destresser event.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Events Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Events Represenative has been helping with conducting interviews for the Senate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Events Represenative executed and promoted the last event of Fall quarter \u2013 Winter De-Stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Events Represenative has also been working on planning for future events for Winter quarter.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Social Responsibility Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Social Responsibility Representative has been helping with conducting interviews for the Senate.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The The Social Responsibility Representative has also been with students on sustainability initiatives<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The The Social Responsibility Representative has also been working on promoting SESF committee to make it more popular for students<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The The Social Responsibility Representative has also been working on brainstorming ideas for events and activities for next quarter to increase student engagement on campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emerging Tech Rep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>8.
