OPEN FORUM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n o Taylor expressed interest of having a faculty meeting in collaboration with<\/p>\n\n\n\n the ASG to raise the awareness of ASG\u2019s existence among all faculties. He also<\/p>\n\n\n\n mentioned the possibility of collaborating and seeking support from ASG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n o Taylor also mentioned the interest in creating policy that are relevant to the<\/p>\n\n\n\n usage of AI around campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7. REPORTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Representatives Reports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 President<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The President has been working on finalizing Senate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The President has also been working on setting up an one-on-one<\/p>\n\n\n\n meeting with all ASG officers to stay on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Vice President<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Executive Justice<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The Executive Justice has been working on revitalizing the OSLA, including<\/p>\n\n\n\n the efforts to reestablish the Judicial Oversight Committee, setup election<\/p>\n\n\n\n procedures, and review our disciplinary processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Treasurer<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The Treasurer has been working on reviewing clubs\u2019 funding request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Secretary<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The Secretary has been working with the Agenda and Minutes for<\/p>\n\n\n\n BOD meeting and ASG weekly advising meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Public Relations Rep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The Public Relations Rep. has been working on promoting Spooky<\/p>\n\n\n\n Skelebration event on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Events Rep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The Events Rep. has been working on planning for upcoming Spooky<\/p>\n\n\n\n Skelebration event Oct 18th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The Events Rep. has also been working on planning for the other two<\/p>\n\n\n\n events in Fall quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Social Responsibility Rep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The Social Responsibility Rep. has been working on finding the new<\/p>\n\n\n\n students at-Large for the SESF Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Emerging Tech Rep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n o The Emerging Tech Rep has been working on improving ASG<\/p>\n\n\n\n materials and website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.
