Student Engagement Front Desk\/ ASG Advisor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Brad Huggins \u2013 Director of Student Engagement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Lina Ngo \u2013 President of Ukrainian Club<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Oksana Richter \u2013 Advisor of Ukrainian Club<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Ranulfo Molina \u2013 Benefit Hub Staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Zion Gemechu \u2013 Benefit Hub Staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>APPROVAL OF AGENDA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isadora motions, Sienna sconds, motion passes by (7-0-0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>APPROVAL OF MINUTES<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julie motions, Stephanie seconds, motion passes by (7-0-0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OPEN FORUM<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ranulfo and Zion presented some available student resources for all Bellevue College students, including emergency aid funds, rental assistance funds, back rent support, and the Benefit Hub \u2013 food pantry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Benefit Hub Staffs also expressed their interest in increasing their visibility and recognition among students.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>REPORTS:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representatives Reports: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>President<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The President has been working with each ASG officers to ensure they stay on track with their tasks and projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The President has also been working on finializing the Senate application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The President has also been working with Sienna \u2013 events representative for the previous Halloween event and is currently involved in planning upcoming events.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vice President <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has been working on schedule meeting with faculty members on campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has also been working on some projects to improve and develop the athletics department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has also been working on ordering and getting snacks for the office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has also been working with Ranulfo \u2013 Benefit Hub staff to present and introduce Benefit Hub for students.<ul><li><strong>Executive Justice<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Secretary<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Secretary has been working on finalzing the agenda and the minutes for the ASG weekly meeting and BOD meeting.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Public Relations Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Public Relation Representative has been working on communicating and collaborating with other clubs.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Events Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Events Representative has been working on planning upcoming two events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Events Representative has also been working on collaborating with other clubs\u2019 event.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Social Responsibility Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Social Responsibility Representative has been working with the Office of Sustainability SESF on the SESF contract by amending some points.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;The Social Responsibility Representative has also been working with student-at-large to promote SESF.<strong>Emerging Tech Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Emerging Tech Representatives has been working on improving and updating ASG website.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UNFINISHED BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NEW BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of Ukrainian Community Club at BC funding request for $500.00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funds are requested for the first event about Intuitive Art for Ukrainian Community Club, which will include snacks, light beverage, and some supplies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julie motions, Isadora seconds, motion passes by (7-0-0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of Nursing Students Association for reallocate $930.00 from Goods and Services for Nurse Pinning Ceremony.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julie motions to move this request to the next BOD meeting, Joyce seconds, motion passes by (7-0-0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ASG Fall and early Winter quarter events funding in the amount of $10,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julie motions to move this request to the next BOD meeting, Rebecca seconds, motion passes by (4-2-1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of SESF Committee recommendations<ul><li>Faculty Commons funding request of $2,575 for reusable and sustainable items.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Joyce motions, Rebecca seconds, motion passes by (6-0-1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of club charters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>i.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
