Volunteers from Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Members from Christian Students Association<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Waverly Knox &#8211; student<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Other Participated Students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>APPROVAL OF AGENDA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isadora motions, Sienna seconds, motion passes by (8-0-0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>APPROVAL OF MINUTES<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sienna motions, Rebecca seconds, motion passes by (8-0-0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OPEN FORUM<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students have raised concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the current food pantry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students expressed a strong interest in establishing a food-shelf service that provides accessible and free food for all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>REPORTS:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representatives Reports: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>President <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The President has been working with each ASG officers to ensure they stay on track, providing assistance with their tasks and projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The President has also been working on installing the Senate, with hopes the necessary bylaw changes will be voted on during the next BOD meeting.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vice President <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has been collaborating with each ASG officers to build the office hours for the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has also been working with Ethan Anderson and Taylor Dalrymple to arrange the first faculty meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has been collaborating with Ranulfo Molina to discuss the food pantry, and anticipate that they will present further details during the upcoming BOD meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Vice President has also been working on finalizing the Amazon order for ASG office.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Executive Justice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Executive Justice has been working on making modifications for the ASG Bylaws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Executive Justice has also been working on getting involved with the WSA (Washington Students Association).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Treasurer has been working with Hristo Stoynov to discuss funding requests for clubs and organizations.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Secretary<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Secretary has been working on finalizing the agendas and the minutes for the last week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Secretary has also been working on organizing the ASG office.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Public Relations Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Public Relations Representative has been focusing on connecting with clubs and student organizations.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Events Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Events Representative has been working on the first ASG event for this fall quarter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Events Representative has also been working on planning and budgeting for the other two events that will take place during fall quarter.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Social Responsibility Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Social Responsibility Representative has been working with the Office of Sustainability to discuss how to make it more accessible to BC students.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Emerging Tech Rep.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Emerging Tech Representatives has been working on:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>+&nbsp; Improving and updating ASG website<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+&nbsp; Updating BOD &amp; funding request page<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+&nbsp; Creating a new page for ASG Agenda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UNFINISHED BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NEW BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Christian Students Association funding request for $7,400<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funds will be allocated for various purposes, including the first welcome meeting, weekly meetings, the fall conference, a trip to Woodland Park Zoo, and club supplies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sean moves to amend the motion, suggesting a decrease in the funding request from $7,400 to $5,100, citing that the club hasn&#8217;t completed all the necessary steps. Sean made it clear that the approval of this request is contingent on the CSA obtaining ana dvisor signature on the original request form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This $5,100 includes:<ul><li>$1500- Funding to support fall quarter weekly meetings<ul><li>This amount was split in half due to concerns regarding participation numbers.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>$800- Funding to support the CSA welcome meeting<ul><li>ASG fully funded this part of the original request, however ASG recommended that the CSA adjust their timeline to be better in line with the food service guidelines.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>$1600- Funding to support the CSA fall college confernece<ul><li>ASG fully funded this part of the original request<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>$0- Funding to support the Woodland Park Zoo retreat<ul><li>ASG declined to fund this part of the request<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>ASG recommended that CSA return later in the quarter with a specific request for the zoo retreat.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$1200- Funding to support the purchase of CSA clothing for members\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ASG fully funded this part of the original request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joyce motions to approve the funding request, Sienna seconds, motion passes by (9-0-0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chi Alpha funding request for $6,415<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funds are requested for a trip of minimum of 50 students (40 active members + 10 students) to Lindsay Lake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stephanie motions to approve the funding request, Rebecca seconds, motion passes by (9-0-0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of club charter:<ul><li>Student Wellness Club (New)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>BC Gaming Club (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>BC Robotics Club (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Tech Sisterhood (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>AI and Ethics Club (New)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Badminton Club (New)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Computer Programming Club (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Sewing and Textiles Arts Club (New)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Filmmaking Club (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Asian Pacific Islander Student Association (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>K-Kang Kpop Dance (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Latter-day Saint Student Association (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Nursing Student Association (Renew)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>United Nations Association (Renew)<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ETA Omega Nursing Honors Society (Renew)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isadora motions to approve the list of the club charters, Julie seconds, motion passes by (9-0-0).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ASG fall quarter events funding in the amount of $12,500<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funds will be used for 3 events of the Fall quarter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>+&nbsp;
