Brazilian Club Advisor\/ High School Program Specialist<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Analuiza Ferreira &#8211; Brazilian Club President<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>+ Michael Kaptik &#8211; Dean of Student Life and Leadership\/ Co-ASG Advisor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>APPROVAL OF AGENDA<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Julie motions, Joyce Seconds, motion passes by (9-0-0)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>APPROVAL OF MINUTES<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There were no Minutes to approve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OPEN FORUM<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There were no attendees interested in participating in the open forum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>REPORTS:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representatives Reports: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>President <\/strong><ul><li>The President has been working on installing a Student Senate, which will hopefully begin hiring students in mid\/late October.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The President has also been helping officers stay on track and has been assisting them with their tasks, and projects.<ul><li><strong>Vice President <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Vice President has been working on setting up meetings with faculty.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Vice-President has also been working on facilitating office supplies and apparel orders for ASG.<ul><li><strong>Executive Justice<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Executive Justice has been working with the President to amend the ASG Bylaws<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Executive Justice has also been working on restructuring the Judicial Oversight Committee.<ul><li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Treasurer has been meeting with Mike Kaptik and Hristo Stoynov to discuss the funding process, and the balances of ASG accounts.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Treasurer reports that there is $98,100 in the Cultural Club account, and $432,000 in the General account.<ul><li><strong>Secretary<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Secretary has been working on modifying the templates for ASG Board meetings, and committee meetings.<ul><li><strong>Public Relations Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Public Relations Representative has been working on the ASG social media accounts.<ul><li><strong>Events Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Events Representative has been working on the first ASG event of the year.<ul><li><strong>Social Responsibility Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The Social Responsibility has been working with the Office of Sustainability discuss sustainability initiatives. <strong><\/strong><ul><li><strong>Emerging Tech Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Emerging Technology Representative has been working on updating and improving the ASG website.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UNFINISHED BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NEW BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of budget for ASG office supplies for a total of $1,500<strong><\/strong><ul><li>Including Amazon order for the club and visitors (food, snack, drink,\u2026)<strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Including some decoration stuffs for future events<strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Including some other purchases from Sean Behl &#8211;
