Moore \u2013 Director, Student Engagement &amp; ASG co-advisor; Amy McCrory \u2013 ASG Advisor<\/li><li><strong>APPROVAL OF AGENDA:<\/strong><\/li><li>Braydon motions to approve agenda for February 18<sup>th<\/sup>, 2022<\/li><li>Adam seconds<\/li><li>Motions passes (8-0-0)<\/li><li><strong>APPROVAL OF MINUTE:&nbsp; <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li>Quan motions to approve minutes from February 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 2022<\/li><li>Elisa seconds<\/li><li>Motion passes (8-0-0)<\/li><li><strong>OPEN FORUM: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li>C-Building taskforce \u2013 looking for a dollar amount that ASG would like to spend, so they can give this to the architects for design. Being decision to next C-Building meeting.<\/li><li>S&amp;A applications were due by EOD on Wednesday. 10 applications from new organizations, compiling this information for committee now, so they can begin individual review before deliberations.<\/li><li><strong>REPORTS: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representatives Reports: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>President<\/strong><\/li><li>Adam has been voted as the S&amp;A Committee Chair for the 2022-2023 allocation process \u2013 Congratulations Adam!<\/li><li>Working with Dr. B, to resolve the spacing issue concerns for MCS<\/li><li>C-Building Task force 2.0 is under construction; to include additional 10-15 students at large who have missed the deadline last year but wish to participate this year<ul><li><strong>Vice President<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Working with students that are having issues with CTClink and trying to assist them with problem-solving<ul><li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Voted as the S&amp;A Committee Chair, getting up to speed with the requirements for the process<ul><li><strong>Emerging Tech Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Reviewing the ASG Bylaws and Constitution<\/li><li>Working with VP of ITS, Rodger Harrison to get first STF meeting scheduled<\/li><li>Waiting for response from Danielle, regarding the Academic Grievance Committee<ul><li><strong>Events Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>I am working on the prices for the SWAG items<\/li><li>I got the invite to the W-building art committee and the meeting is cancelled and has not been rescheduled<ul><li><strong>Legislative Affairs Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Need to review latest information for C-Building review before the next meeting<ul><li><strong>Public Relations Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Working on Social Media posts, and responding to students who reach out through these accounts<ul><li><strong>Secretary<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>&nbsp;<ul><li><strong>Social Responsibility Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Planning the next SESF meeting<\/li><li>Working to implement the Zero PLAN Waste program for the campus<\/li><li><strong>UNFINISHED BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li><li>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>ANNOUNCEMENTS:<\/strong><\/li><li>Office of Student Engagement is open every Tuesday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm<\/li><li>Student Affinity coordinators will be in the office alternating weeks, to assist students with resources<\/li><li>No classes on Monday (2\/21) \u2013 offices are open<\/li><li><strong>ADJOURNMENT: <\/strong>9:57am<\/li><li>Hannah motions to adjourn the meeting<\/li><li>Elisa seconds<\/li><li>Motion passes (8-0-0)<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOARD OF DIRECTORS AGENDA: &nbsp;
