<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li>Adam motions to approve the minutes for October 25<sup>th<\/sup>, 2021<\/li><li>Alison seconds the motion<\/li><li>Motion passes (5-0-0)<\/li><li><strong>OPEN FORUM: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>REPORTS: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representatives Reports: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>President<\/strong><\/li><li>Sent the Student Council Bylaws to Governance, and will be voting on this next week<\/li><li>Working with Student Affinity Coordinators for the C-Building renovation discussions<ul><li><strong>Vice President<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Working with students in classes, to gather feedback on how well things are working, or not; Interactions with faculty<\/li><li>Working on resources for the ASG website<ul><li><strong>Treasurer<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Gave a presentation to the Student Affinity Coordinators about funding options<\/li><li>Hoping to connect with Student clubs on funding options<\/li><li>Working on financial reports and transparency for the ASG website<\/li><li>Working with the ASG team on the C-Building renovations<ul><li><strong>Events Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Designed a flyer for ASG tabling, working to get this printed now<\/li><li>Tabling in the Student Union every Monday\/Tuesday, with the Student Engagement staff<\/li><li>Working with students to gather feedback for the C-Building renovations<ul><li><strong>Legislative Affairs Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Public Relations Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Secretary<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Working with Alicia in Governance, to get familiarized with the BCG website<\/li><li>Working to get accurate meeting minutes and notes<ul><li><strong>Social Responsibility Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Working to get meetings for SESF going<\/li><li>Gathering feedback for the C-Building renovations<\/li><li><strong>UNFINISHED BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>NEW BUSINESS: <\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>ANNOUNCEMENTS:<\/strong><\/li><li>CARES Act funds update: allocated roughly 7 million to 1700 students; administered a survey to these students about their basic needs; Dr. B challenged folks on-campus to work with students to and gather feedback on how to serve students better<\/li><li>CTClink went live today, please remember many departments in Student Affairs are not open this week and there may be delays on services or responses to emails and phone calls;
