<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Quan motions to approve the minutes<\/li><li>Adam 2nds the motion<\/li><li>All officers voted, motion is approved<\/li><li><strong>OPEN FORUM: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>REPORTS: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representatives Reports: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>President:<\/strong><\/li><li>Delays on voting on ASG governing documents, documents will be shared and voted on soon<\/li><li>Met with WSA last week to discuss the student Legislative agenda<\/li><li>Met with Mike Kaptik to discuss funding options and the upcoming S&amp;A process<ul><li><strong>Vice President<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Working with officers on tasks and duties during weekly check-ins<ul><li><strong>Treasurer:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Met with ASG President and Mike Kaptik to discuss funding and the upcoming S&amp;A process<\/li><li>Creating a PowerPoint for funding requests and meeting with students on the options for club and events<ul><li><strong>Events Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Have a list of clubs and meeting with them in the next few weeks<\/li><li>Arranging the prize for the Kahoot winner at the OIE orientation<ul><li><strong>Legislative Affairs Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Finished the editing updates to governing documents and will send that out for final review<ul><li><strong>Public Relations Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Staying on top of social media and connecting with student clubs and different departments on campus<\/li><li>Assisting to updating the ASG website updates<ul><li><strong>Social Responsibility Rep.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Working on a Social Responsibility blog items for the ASG website<\/li><li><strong>UNFINISHED BUSINESS:<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>NEW BUSINESS: <\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"A\"><li>Approve funding of $200 for a two-page ASG advertisement in the Watchdog Fall Welcome Guide<\/li><li>Quan motions to approve $200 for ASG watchdog ad<\/li><li>Braydon seconds the motion<\/li><li>All officers voted and motion is approved (8-0-0)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"A\"><li>Approve the spending of $37.95 for student prize at the OIE New Student Orientation (items included in the set are school supplies)<\/li><li>Adam motions to approve the funding for OIE orientation prize funding<\/li><li>Quan seconds the motion<\/li><li>All officers voted and the motion is approved (8-0-0)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"A\"><li>Student Council Bylaws send to College Assembly and BC Governance<\/li><li>Braydon motions to send the Student Council Bylaws to BCG<\/li><li>Quan seconds the motions<\/li><li>All officers voted and motions is approved (8-0-0)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>ANNOUNCEMENTS: <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>ADJOURNMENT: 9:48am<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOARD OF DIRECTORS AGENDA: &nbsp;
