    5. Representative Report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Yasmin Hassan\n(Jordan Allen-proxy)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reviewed the\nbylaws and the constitution,, attended the Infrastructure committee meeting,\nwent to the WSA meeting on Saturday 11\/10\/18<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Dat Do<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Worked on updating\nthe financial code, received the first 2 funding request, attended the Board of\nTrustee meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Saghar Rasoulamini\n(Francois Mukaba-proxy)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Worked on reviewing applications, interviewing, and\nhiring new OSLA interns, worked on further suggestions on Title IX improvements\non campus, appointed to the infrastructure council and attended my first\nmeeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Marijke Thomas<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Successfully\nhosted the \u201cSpooktacular event\u201d with Audi, implement student\u2019s blog \u201cBulldog\nBarks\u201d, reached over 630 students with stories in Facebook and Instagram<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tabling for gratitude month every Thursday,\nrecruiting committee for the criteria of GALA award <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Emma Teppner<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Work on the\nGratitude month events with Audi and Marijke, held the second SESF meeting,\nplanning for the next event <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Beverly Ackah (Sophie\nHerald-proxy)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Contact\ndifferent IT departments on campus, updated the ASG website, worked with the\nSTF committee on the agreement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nathan\nLevin (excused)<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

       <\/em><\/strong>Collaborated with Ian Walker on a temporary parking\nsolution, went to the Infrastructure    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

       Council Meeting and the GA Meeting, scheduled appointment with students<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Approval\nof the 2019 Ghana trip funding request from Nursing Student Association<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Motion to APPROVE<\/strong> the 2019 Ghana trip funding\nrequest of $16,070 from budget 1984: Emma Teppner, Marijke Thomas<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
