Our club, Robotics Society, is all about learning the skills necessary for creating and finishing projects; it’s a club where people collaborate to challenge themselves, learn, and be innovative. We are a group of build and design minded students with various degrees of skillsets. We value networking, planning and active learning among our members. Our hope is that new members will absorb these values from our community and apply them in their own projects. Bringing attention to the rich pool of resources available for community-minded students will enhance our networking abilities.
Our club’s purpose is to promote student led projects by taking in a wide variety of students and encouraging them to follow up on their own robotics related ambitions. We value networking, planning and active learning among our members and hope that our new members will absorb these values from our community and apply them to their own projects. Networking is an important value that our club upholds and as such, we seek collaboration with STEM and ART often and equally. Additionally, there are a lot of resources for community-minded students and we hope to increase the pool of students that know how to access and apply those resources.
Students who might be interested in participating in Robotics Society: robotics, mechatronics, arts, interior design, sculpt, computer science, programming, math, business, marketing, outreach, sustainability, etc… (any discipline really)
Skill level required: ANY. We value all skill levels and contributors. We are all teachers and learners.
